Masia Reels

La Masia Reels is a creative production company established in Barcelona and Madrid. The company goes beyond being an actors’ show-reel production company, la Masia Reels is a creative laboratory for actors, directors, writers, editors, cinematographers, art directors and producers.

I completed a 5-month internship as a scriptwriter at this production company during which I had daily consultations with authors in order to create the perfect show-reel. During this process, I discovered how much I enjoy talking to clients and in a collaborative process, bringing their visions to life. Then I wrote specific scenes, usually two per day covering every possible genre, and I finally pitched them to our clients a week later. I learned the importance of having firm deadlines, a good team, abundant creativity and a good work ethic.
